In Sub-Saharan Africa, it’s predominantly women who are driving sustainability and social impact through entrepreneurial innovation. Bayer Foundation fulfils its mission to catalyze social innovation for a world with health for all and hunger for none by supporting them through coaching and funding. Teaming up with the world’s most global startup competition Get in the Ring, Bayer Foundation awards its Women Empowerment Award 2022 to the three most promising candidates. We developed the strategy and a creative Social and PR concept across several channels to recruit candidates for the competition in Sub-Saharan Africa. With the theme “harvest a healthier future” informing the content and showing portraits of last year’s proud winners, we draw female entrepreneurs in to get inspired by their stories and join the competition.
