As a passionate brand, Kern Konsult is dedicated to setting people, teams, and organizations in the public sector in motion (again) by reigniting their innate passion for purpose driven societal impact. Their goal? To realize vital professionals, vital teams, and ultimately, a vital society.

Organizations are not machines; they are living systems carried by human values and a sense of meaning. That’s why Kern Konsult works directly with the people who make the difference – the “Society Makers” – to foster collective awareness, ownership, and significance.

Communication Concept: A High-Octane Visual Mechanism
The communication concept makes this movement palpable: the shift from stagnation to motivation. From the problem to the solution. This transition is sparked every time people and organizations reconnect with their soul through Kern Konsult’s proven methodology. The Brand Theme in Dutch (beweging door bezieling) roughly translates to “passion powering progress.”

To translate this consistently across all channels, we developed a striking asterisk shape derived from the Kern Konsult logo. This element acts as a bridge, linking the brand theme to bold statements that tackle recognizable social and organizational challenges head-on.

By integrating societal insights as graphic elements in the background, paired with a dominant and daring color palette, we’ve created a signature brand style. This visual “red thread” runs through everything—from social media and events to print, eDMs, publications, and the new Kern Konsult website.
