Renowned training & educational institute Schouten & Nelissen, pioneer of the modern approach to personal and organizational development, kicked off it’s new international brand positioning by VENGEAN in a 360-degree communication campaign. The entrepreneurial family business has been around for over 40 years and continues to grow both domestically and internationally. We developed the corporate brand’s brand- and portfolio strategy, including its 11 specialized subsidiaries (including SUAS – Schouten & Nelissen University of Applied Sciences), active in 65 countries, each claiming their own strategic spot under the umbrella of the corporate mother company.

We determinded that “courage” is Schouten & Nelissen’s core value, aiming to strengthen individuals and the organizations they work for, in work and in life: “Stronger, from the heart, with courage.” This is also the essence of the brand theme we developed: “& Stronger.” We created a 60-second legacy TV commercial featuring the company’s recently deceased founder Jan Schouten as the first instalment of the new communications concept, with a continued presence in an omni-channel mix of media: radio, various online videos, social media, print, PR, and both internal and external stakeholder communications.
